Kiosk Out of Temperature - Setting Up Alerts

Client Success can set up an automated email alerts notifying recipients when a unit registers above 40 degrees for more than 1 hour. Here is an example:

Hello,
This is an automated message to inform you that the Byte store (Re: kiosk over temperature HIGH (campus 337)) has been out of the food safe temperature range (+42F) for 3 consecutive hours.
To ensure food safety please proceed with executing the following steps:
Place your store on lock down using the dashboard. CLICK HERE for instructions
Physically check the fridge temperature. If you confirm that it is above 42F, remove food.
Inspect door-latch and thermostat settings (adjust if necessary). CLICK HERE for photo examples of what it should look like
Please feel free to reach out to tech-support@bytetechnology.co with any findings or questions.
Best,
The Byte service team

Byte Technology is currently in the last stages of Beta-testing an Automatic Lockdown feature that will engage when a store's temperature is above 40 degrees for more than 1 hour. This should be ready to deploy by end of Q1, 2020.

To set up "Kiosk Out of Temperature" alerts, please email support@bytetechnology.co and provide your email address(es).
