Byte stores bring the convenience of fresh food and 24/7 convenience for people across the country. We have many Byte store operators who sell their products out of Byte stores. The stores are designed to only charge you for what was taken. That doesn't mean mistakes can't happen. We are here to help you if there are any issues with your transaction.

Grab your receipt

If you are needing assistance with your transaction, please refer to your emailed receipt. There may be a direct contact email for you to reach out to.

If there is no direct contact, reply back to your emailed receipt with what specifically needs to be fixed. From there we will forward your needs to the correct party.

Don't have a receipt

There are hundreds of Byte stores across the country. We will need specific information in order to locate your transaction, so that we can forward your inquiry to the correct party. Here is what we will need:

  • Date of charge
  • Total amount charged (You will see two amounts on your bank statement. The first one is a preauthorization hold. This balance will fall.)
  • Last four digits of your card
