How to Reset Passwords

There are multiple ways you can reset your password or another user's password.
Reset on the Login Page
- If you are already logged in, log out by clicking on the Power icon and then clicking on Log Out
- Once you are on the login page, click Forgot Password
- Enter the email associated with your account and click Submit
- The email entered will be sent a password reset link. Click on it and reset your password.
Reset Your Password on The Dashboard
- Click on User Details (it is an icon that looks like a person)
- Click on the lock icon located on the far right side of the page
- Once clicked, a password reset link will be sent to the email associated with your account. Click the link and set your new password.
Reset Other User's Email
- Click on the Settings tab karet
- Click on the Users tab
- Locate the User that needs their password changed and locate the Actions column. Under this column, click on the lock icon to reset their password
- A password reset will be emailed to the email associated with their account. They will need to click the password reset link and then create their new password.
Reset Restocker User's Password
- Click on the Settings tab karet
- Click on the Users tab
- Locate the User that needs their password changed and click on the user.
- Change the password by putting the new password in Update Restocker Password
- Click Save
Updating Byte Stores With The New Password
Once a password has been changed, the Byte store will need to know the new password. It is easy!
- Click on the Stores tab
- Click on the store that needs to know the new password
- Click on Send Command to Store
- Click on Update Restock Users
