Bank Connections

The Bank Connections page makes it easier for accounts with multiple campuses to manage and review ACH banking information from one location.

Instead of managing each campus individually, authorized users can view and update bank connection information across multiple campuses directly from the Byte Dashboard.

Accessing Bank Connections

The Bank Connections page is only available to users who have been granted the appropriate Bank Connections permission.

Users with access will see Bank Connections in the left-hand navigation menu, directly below Financials.

Who Can Grant Access?

Bank Connections access can be granted by:

  • Byte
  • An Account Admin who has permission to manage Bank Connections access

If you do not see Bank Connections in your navigation menu and believe you should have access, contact your Account Admin or Byte Support.

What Can I Do From Bank Connections?

From the Bank Connections page, authorized users can manage ACH banking information for multiple campuses in one place. This allows you to:

  • Review the bank connection status for your campuses
  • View ACH banking information for multiple campuses
  • Update banking information when changes are needed
  • Manage bank connections without navigating to each campus individually

Important: Banking Information Permissions

Bank Connections provides access to sensitive financial information. Access should only be granted to users who are authorized to view or manage banking details for your organization.

If you have access to this feature, please use caution when reviewing or updating banking information and verify that you are making changes to the correct campus.
