Overview

The Restocker Hub is a new centralized workspace that enables restock users to manage their assigned stores from any web browser. Instead of signing in directly at each kiosk, users can now access key restocking tools from one convenient location using their existing restocker credentials.

Benefits

The Restocker Hub helps streamline daily operations by allowing users to:

  • View all assigned stores
  • Monitor kiosk status
  • See current inventory counts
  • View current temperature
  • Review lock status
  • View last restock activity
  • Search for stores
  • Remotely open kiosk doors
  • Download inventory reports

Getting Started

  1. Open the Byte Dashboard.
  2. Sign in using your existing Restocker credentials.
  3. You'll be taken directly to the Restocker Hub where your assigned stores are displayed.

Store Overview

Each store card displays:

  • Online/Offline status
  • Current temperature
  • Current inventory
  • Lock status
  • Last restock
  • Store location
Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific store if you manage multiple locations.

Restocking a Store

Selecting a store provides additional actions including:

  • Open Door for Restock
    • Unlock the kiosk remotely without manually signing into the kiosk.
  • Download Inventory
    • Export the current inventory report, including configured par levels.
  • Exit Restock
    • Return to the Restocker Hub to continue managing your stores.
