Adding Your ACH

Your remittance is deposited on the 5th business day of the following month into the provided account.

How to Designate the ACH Setup Contact

For security reasons, an Admin on the account must designate the current dashboard user to set up the account, even if it is themselves.

  1. Go to the Settings tab
  2. Click the dropdown to click on the Accounts tab
  3. Click the dropdown under your account to view all campuses on the account
  4. Click on your campus that needs updated ACH information
  5. Click on the Edit icon in the top-right corner
  6. Navigate to the ACH Setup and click the dropdown for "ACH Setup Contact"
If you prefer a check, please click the two checkboxes on the side.
  1. Click Save, and you're done!

How the ACH Setup Contact Adds the Bank Information

Once the contact has been designated, they can add the bank information.

  1. Go to the Settings tab
  2. Click the dropdown in order to click on the Accounts tab
  3. Click the dropdown under your account to view all campuses on the account
  4. Click on your campus that needs updated ACH information
  5. Click on the Edit icon in the top-right corner
  6. Navigate to the ACH Setup and click Add Account
  7. Fill out the information on the pop-up
  1. Click Submit and you're done!
