Code 200 means RFID reader not found: The store cannot find its RFID scanners.

What to do:

  1. Power Cycle (unplug all power cords from the surge protector for about 20 seconds before plugging them back in) If that does not remove the error then please follow the next instructions.
  2. Check latch height/photo interrupters:

  1. Check if the top of the door is level
  2. Take a photo of the latch as shown above
  3. Perform a test transaction
