Stores > Technical

Access Technical

To navigate to the Technical tab, go to Stores > Select Store > Select Technical. Here you will find important information:

Serial: the unique serial number of the fridge body 

Campus: the unique account number of your fleet 

Timezone: timezone set for this store unit 

Pantry Service: The software version of the Service app running. Pantry Service is the main UX for the customer, tech, and restocker users 

Pantry Watchdog: The software version of Watchdog app running. Pantry Watchdog, as the name implies, watches Pantry Service and makes sure it is always running 

Android: The version of Android running on the Tablet 

Store Server: The URL of the Byte Technology server the store is communicating with 

NOTE: To access the components and the connectivity subsection, simply click on the arrow next to each item and the information will display as shown in the example below. 

 

- Components -

Kit: The type of tablet hardware

RFID: status of RFID reader

 

- Connectivity - 

OptConnect: name of hardware used

OptConnect Serial Number: the serial number located on the optconnect device 

Last Heartbeat: the most recent timestamp of when the store checked in with Byte Technology's servers; a heartbeat sends all status information that is found on the Status sub-section and should happen every 10 minutes. 

Latest Check-in: most recent check-in 

Last IP Address: last know internet protocol address

Recent Product Downloads: the most recent update of inventory, menu, and promotions between the store and the dashboard; this synch happens every 5 minutes. 

Store Temperature: the most recent update of temperature. This is included in status information that is found on the Status sub-section and should happen every 10 minutes.
