Edit a tag order

Once you've placed a tag order, it's sent to Byte headquarters for printing and shipping.

Here are the different statuses you will see:

  1. Scheduled: We received your tag order. We haven't printed or shipped it yet
  2. In Progress: We are shipping and preparing your tag order right now
  3. Fulfilled: We have shipped your order

You can still make changes, like updating the shipping method, tag quantity, flag type, or address, or cancel the order, as long as its status is Scheduled. Once it's marked as In Progress or Fulfilled, you can't make any more changes.

How to Edit a Tag Order

  • Click on the Tags tab
  • Find the tag order you wish to edit
  • Click on the Edit icon under the Actions column
  • Edit the tag order as needed or Cancel Order

 

  • Click Save Order if the order was edited
  • You will see changes made in your order history view

 

 You can do this as many times as needed as long the tag order is under the Scheduled status.
