Screen is Black, Credit Card Reader Light is Off
When the screen is black and the green credit card reader light is off, but the Byte store is still getting power, here are steps to check.
Code 4000
Code 4000 means that the store cannot find the connection to the credit card reader to process transactions.
Code 10000
Code 10000 means Touchscreen not found: The Store cannot find the external USB touchscreen used on Dragonfruit kits.
