Coupons must be auto-generated using the engine in the Dashboard in order to discount purchase prices. Once you have created and distributed coupons to customers, and customers start to apply them to purchases, you then have the ability to see the campaign and the coupon code that was applied to the transaction. You can find this in a Transactions export via the "Transactions" tab.
Click "Export to CSV." You have the option to see only transactions with coupon codes by selecting the checkbox next to "Only show coupon use."
